This Policy explains how consumers in the EU and wider EEA may cancel purchases of Zenovira or request replacements when goods arrive damaged. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receipt of physical goods to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. Timers begin once you or a third party named by you gains possession of the parcel, excluding carriers.

Refunds
